When we began Results Magnet our founder was very much so a coder. Between HTML, CSS, SWIFT, PYTHON, etc. we could speak the language and really enjoyed it. We knew that websites were the backbone of the internet and became a firm's business card 2.o becoming a tremendously important asset to any firm.
As we kept on keeping on, we came to find our clients asking for more and we couldn't competently or confidently deliver...this simply frustrated us because when it came to a website, we were always on top of the latest and greatest for them but now we felt exposed. We were having to question whether it'd be best to add internal team members which would be costly and time consuming, a true gamble or finally answer one of the very questionable parter requests that we all receive mentioning things like SEO from out of the blue cold emails or calls from outside of the US claiming to be a digital wizard just to Google their URL to find out they're a know scam.
With this unique problem we knew we had to make a decision and so we did. Thus Results Magnet, part 2. We decided to in house a team of rockstar online advertisers and take interns as well as new hires who were excited to learn how to further their digital advertising acumen. Needless to say what transpired was frankly unexpected, we realized that web development was our first love, but we surely became a fantastic digital advertising group. We truly knew we had something special when our clients were raving about all the inbound calls and emails they were receiving from our digital advertising efforts. They were making way more money than we were charging and we all enjoyed the profits each and every month together.
It's incredibly rewarding to know our clients now have a powerful and aesthetic site (whether designed by us or another digital dev made it) but also their ideal prospects and/or clients are being led to it via our tailored ads. Doing this brings our clients longterm clients and because we so regularly and successfully do this, we've been happy to experience that our clients stay with us longterm and pay us more so we can advertise more effectively bringing them more of what they want...inbound business that they can help.
A long time ago we learned partnerships are key, business isn't all about prospecting or getting that next new business deal, it sometimes pay dividends to partner with firms that can keep your pipeline full and you do the same for them in return effectively helping your pocket and the pockets of your beloved clients.
Business is a fascinating subject. There are basics and then also nuances. Sometimes, decisions are made a bit too quick and other times, there's paralysis by analysis.
In the veterinary space, we know what works to incentivize new clients and what doesn’t. As you are an expert in your field, so are we. We have seen that small discounts or freebies can be extraordinarily effective, especially when coupled with the right directional advertising via platforms such as Facebook/Instagram and Google.
Don’t throw the baby out with the bathwater, make sure that you respect your expertise while still inspiring new potential clientele. The ways that we have seen this work best is by having a first visit for a new patient be discounted or in some cases when it makes sense even free. Next, we’ve seen rather positive success with free nail trimming and bath when coming into the practice. There is also the giveaway of a promotional practice leash or collar.
All of this to say that you can and should pursue luring new clients to your veterinary practice if you're looking to grow. People respond well to specials and promotions. We have the secrets to help utilize this to increase your practice market share. Call us at 770-203-1568 so we can speak further.
It was truly a privilege to join the many veterinary experts and soon to be experts at VMX 2020 in Orlando. We got to shake the hands of countless veterinary owners, DVMs, vet techs, support staff, and even firms like ours who are veterinary minded.
Our attending clients came by our booth in the Startup Circle to say hi and see what firms were providing that cutting edge in the veterinary space. While the weather was a bit cold for Orlando, together, us and our peers enjoyed the time which was filled with rich veterinary content and insights from prominent industry leaders. A big takeaway for us was how kind and open-minded many of you veterinary minded professionals were. When discussing our business with new ears, it was very easy to reach the core of how we help practices that are actively accepting new patients.
Those who we came in contact with enjoyed that we have a trackable manner to scale practice patient count each month for practices who are still looking to grow. We sincerely were thankful and proud to be a part of VMX 2020. Thanks to all of those who stopped by to say hi to us and those of you who didn’t get to simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can speak with each other.
While at VMX in Orlando, we saw a lot of new and familiar faces. The event was our first, but sure one for the record books. What it helped us see is that partners can be a true superpower. We saw just how involved separate businesses were able to communicate, learning more about the market, procedures, techniques, vendors, etc.
A true sense of inclusion and partnership was on display to us throughout this convention. Perhaps it’s the love of the veterinary field at its core truly helping patients, or the type of people that the field naturally attracts. We saw those kinds of partnerships were shown across the board.
We loved our VMX experience and saw how many of you did too. We hope your current and new partners from the event help bring more connections and insights to stay at the peak of your veterinary excellence. Email our founder directly at email@example.com so we can see if we may be potential beneficial partners in this wonderful industry.
Continuing education is paramount to being a top tier veterinary practice. Whether you're a vet, vet tech, receptionist, practice manager, owner, etc. the landscape of the business is changing regularly. We wanted to ensure we were in the mix with some of our clients and soon-to-be clients, so we took ourselves to Florida near Disney in Orlando to visit VMX.
At the event, we shook hands, learned during insightful speeches, heard feedback from new faces, informed practices of how digital advertising can predictably scale their veterinary businesses with new clients, and much more.
Our favorite aspect of this wonderful tradeshow was informing practices, both new and old, that there is hope to gain new clients each and every month and not require costly billboards or direct mailers that just don’t seem to work. Between case studies and client reviews, we aim to quickly prove just how this works.
For any of you who couldn’t make the event or wasn’t able to speak, we’re available for you at 770-203-1568 to ensure we’re in chats.
This is a rich question, and one that some might call age-old. What is better, more new or existing clients? To dig into this, let’s talk a few numbers.
Any experienced veterinary clinic, hospital, specialist, etc. should know what their capture rate is on a sample of 100 inbound potential clients. This helps benchmark your offerings, front end team sales/persuasion effectiveness, etc. this is a monster metric that many practices fail to keep account of as closely as they should. Next would be the one time value of a new customer, which is then naturally followed by the lifetime value of a customer. Together, these metrics help give a very crystal clear idea of how your practice manages new and returning customers.
From here, you have to see which percentage needs more of a push to be boosted to it’s optimum. If you notice that your team has a high percentage of keeping clients through retention, then that is wonderful and you can evaluate the attraction of new clients. If you don’t keep clients well in comparison to how many attract, fix that quality problem immediately.
You see, the answer to this question lies in the numbers. If keeping clients is a lackluster fix, if you have good current client retention, or have fixed your client churn problem, there is good news. A digital advertising firm named, Results Magnet, specializes in getting you new clients each and every month :)

We all know networking is tremendously important. Whether it’s aiming to get more clients, attract referral partners, have potential quality employees know you’re hiring, etc. networking is key. As practices age, they can sometimes forget about this key factor.
What we always recommend is that if you are the owner, DVM, practice manager, etc. can’t network in person then certainly have representation from your team, be it a younger or less senior employee out there for your practice to keep it relevant in your local market? This will help the attraction of new and existing relationship strength, which will ultimately help keep your practice more in demand all around.
Our profession is using the internet to allow you to network virtually with little to no effort on your part. This requires a pay to play mentality, but Results Magnet effectively reaches out online to your digital community to bring new clients and patients month after month to your practice simply by using the internet.
So, if you are too busy or don’t enjoy networking, take our word. It’s paramount, and we can aid in doing it on behalf of your practice online. Simply email our founder directly at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can see if there’s a fit.

We specialize in working with veterinarians, and this time of year, a predictable trend emerges. The holidays, year end, cold weather, travel, etc. either help a vet practice boom or bust. The ones that we see boom utilize digital marketing to always keep their new client and even recurring client numbers at their prime.
Another characteristic we notice helps practices get through the season is by offering boarding. Some practices do this and some aren’t setup to, but we notice that it is a wonderful revenue source throughout the ups and downs while also allowing for a great opportunity to get pets checked up on.
Practices that we have spoken with regarding the help of their growth this time of year have it especially hard as they are not marketing at all. They use outdated and costly means like billboards or direct mailers and do not offer boarding.
These are just some quick and easy insights that we have regarding this time of year in the veterinary space. Feel free to call us at 770-203-1568, so we can help your firm.
Big reveal...most of our veterinary clients are not youngsters. The owners and lead DVMs we operate alongside are usually 40+ years or older, their practices range from newer to older in respect to their physical tenure.
What we’ve come to find from serving this audience is that they understand the internet is important but don’t know the extent of it’s usage to grow their practices thus many of them don’t know how to most effectively pull the digital levers to scale.
This is where a trusted partner comes in to make a difference. Here at Results Magnet, we aim to help them through explaining the power of the internet, so they can effectively serve more patients and clients. We have proven tactics to make this happen for the practices we partner with and know that we can make a difference for our clients young and old.
Simply call us at 770-203-1568, so we can inspire a difference in your practice growth.
