Sometimes, the veterinary world can be a bit of a confusing one. Is business all word of mouth, review-based, competition-minded, team-oriented, location- focused, etc? Those factors, amongst others, are wonderful to consider. We think all of the touch points are important and should be optimized to the best of your business abilities.
