A phrase that gets tossed around our office regularly is a little different from one that you may be used to. We have an atmosphere that aims for perfection, but we realize that nothing is perfect. What this does is something tremendous.
            
We aim for high goals and hit them, or at least land awfully close. When you take chances, you win. When you don’t get the result you desired, you learn and reorient.

Winners win regardless of hearing yes or no. No means a multitude of things, but if you truly believe in what you have to offer and stay open to opportunities, you can look back and understand why you didn’t get the answer you wanted and how you can get a yes in the future. That’s a lesson.

Nature isn’t typically a word people think of when they’re talking digital. We think that nature is important; we even give to The Union of Concerned Scientists on an annual basis, so trust us when we say it matters. But today, we want to discuss how nurture also plays into the digital realm.

A lot of firms feel that they can naturally be their best right off the bat. This is a beautiful concept, but let’s be honest; it’s simply outdated. Go ask Sports Authority and Blockbuster how it worked for them when they failed to recognize the impact the digital market could make on their businesses.
